I want to cherish the experience myself.

I want the young people who will be responsible for the future to gain more experience.

Seeing a world that cannot be felt in everyday life,

We want you to experience that possibility and the bright future.

This experience will eventually sprout and bloom in life.

An adventure project to develop human resources who will lead the next generation.

That is the purpose of this trip.

KAKERU

現在日本では964万人に障害者手帳が発行されています。

身体障害、知的障害、精神障害と分けられますが、

日本の人口の7.6%に相当します。

少子高齢化が進む中、障害者数は増加傾向にあります。

一般就労できずに障害者施設で支援を受けながら働いたり、

日中活動に参加したりしている人の工賃（給与）

は目を疑うような金額です。

彼らは最低賃金適用外となっており労働人口に数えられていません。

では、彼らは本当に働けないのでしょうか？

彼ら一人ひとりのことを理解し環境を整えれば、彼らは十分に働けるのです。

仕事内容等によっては、私たち健常者よりも高い能力を発揮することもあります。

障害者だから仕方ない。ではなく、共に働き同じように正当な対価を得る。

私たちが考えるSDGsです。

OUTDOOR KITCHEN

ファゼーロファームのアウトドアキッチンで使用している

お野菜は、三浦半島にある自社農園で

障がいをお持ちの方たちと共に育て、

収獲、さらに自社工場で乾燥加工したものです。

収穫された市場に流通できない野菜も

ドライにすることでフードロスを大幅に

減らすことが出来ました。

米やパスタと合わせたキットにすることで日常はもとより、

災害時の備えの保存食としてご活用いただける、

人と社会にやさしい「エシカル商品」です。
